My first corporation was formed on December 6th, 1992. As a business owner & home-owner on Long Island with a family of children ages 3 through 18, one in college, another in Pre-K, 2 new drivers & one starting nursery school, I can assure you that I understand the value of time & money while maintaining a safe & comfortable home life for our loved ones.
I created Universal to make home improvement projects & home maintenance easier for myself, my dedicated crew and of course you, the client. I limit the number of residential projects per year to what I feel can be completed in a timely & proficient manner. We will never ask you for money up front or 50 % deposits until the material is delivered to your home & we commence the job. All my consultations & quotes are 100% free.
There are no surprise add-ons or upcharges with Universal. You pay what we quote. Nothing more & nothing less. Universal is a fully transparent project management company that utilizes only experienced licensed & fully insured plumbers, electricians & contractors that are specialized in the scope of the job specified for your home. No job is too intricate or too small for our professionals.
